If you are seeing an error message about a purchase on your DC Universe account or arrived here from pressing the help button within the app, here are some steps to correct the issue.
You most likely attempted to signup for the service on another device and there was an issue with the signup process and it did not fully complete. You will need to finish the original checkout process on that device to resolve this issue. You can do so by re-launching the app on the original device used.
