Please try the following steps to resolve your issue:
- If you are using a mobile app, please delete and reinstall the app to ensure you are using the latest updated version. We also suggest updating the OS of the device you are using if possible.
- If you are accessing DCUI on the web, please try clearing the cache and cookies within your browser. Please also disable any add-ons, extensions, VPN's, or privacy apps you may be using that could cause issues.
If you are still having trouble please contact us with a summary of your issue and the make and model of the device you are having issues as well as any other info you feel would be helpful in troubleshooting further.
