Can I downgrade my subscription from the Ultra tier once I've upgraded?

Yes. Please see below for instructions on how to downgrade based on the platform where you originally purchased your subscription. 

Web

If you originally subscribed through the DCUI website, you can downgrade from the Ultra subscription by doing the following:

1. Navigate to https://www.dcuniverseinfinite.com/ and log in with your DCUI account information.
2. Hover over your username and select "My DC" from the drop down options.
3. On the next page, click "Settings".
4. On the next page under "Subscriptions", click the subscription that is currently active on your account.
5. On the pop up window, click "Change Subscription" and select the subscription you would like to downgrade to from the list of options.
6. On the next page, confirm that your selection is correct and click "Change Subscription".
7. Once the change has been confirmed, your account will reflect the change in your subscription.

iTunes

If you purchased your subscription from iTunes, please follow these instructions:

1. On your iPhone, go to your settings and click your Apple ID at the top of the page.
2. On the next page, click "Subscriptions".
3. Click on DC UNIVERSE INFINITE.
4. Once your active subscription loads, click the subscription you would like to downgrade to from the list under "Options".

Once the change has been confirmed, your account will reflect the change in your subscription.

Google Play

If you purchased your subscription from Google Play, please follow these instructions:

1. Open the Google Play app on your device.
2. Make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
3. Find and open the DCUI app.
4. Tap Manage subscription.
5. Select the new subscription option you would like to downgrade to.
6. Select a supported payment method.
7. Tap Buy.

Once the change has been confirmed, your account will reflect the change in your subscription.
